PBC1 - as mentioned in its name - is a chair created from 15mm thick beech plywood panels. All parts constituting the item were engineered with a CNC device, therefore its shape and architecture directly derive from its execution.

 

A simple interlocking of all the parts together confers PBC1 its structure, without the addition of any screw or glue. This assembly may be done due to the tolerances between the parts that were defined beforehand and thanks to the precision of the CNC milling machine.
